Shipping policy

Orders are shipped out 1-3 business days after the order is placed (We are closed Saturday to Monday) , via FedEx. International orders are also shipped through FedEx and can take up to 10 business days to receive after the order is placed. In some instances, the shipping process may be delayed.

Mail-In services are shipped once completed and approved by the client within 1-3 days after approval. All original components will be returned to the client and shipped in a bubble mailer via FedEx. 

The ALT Shop is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages as what happens during the shipping process is out of our control once the package is shipped.
