Returns

All pieces are returnable unless marked as "Final Sale". All orders (except final sale and custom orders) have a 3 day return policy from the day of receiving. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in their original state (unwashed or styled, lace intact) with any/all accessories included. A 10% restocking fee applies, which will be deducted from your refund. Please contact The Alt Shop Wigs before making a return
